Daniel Combs, MD, is board-certified in Pediatrics and Sleep Medicine. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Combs directs the pediatric sleep medicine program at Banner University Medical Center-Tucson. He is an active researcher with more than 30 manuscripts in PubMed. His research is focused on sleep disorder and their health, cognitive and quality of life effects in children, particularly those with special healthcare needs. His research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the American Heart Association.
Dr. Combs earned degrees in physiology and molecular and cellular biology from the University of Arizona. He subsequently completed his MD at the University of Arizona and has completed a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in sleep medicine. Oval Finger Splint
