IME your claims of speed are reversed. Wired CarPlay is quicker while wireless takes time to connect. 

After using both I far prefer wired CarPlay. Quick, simple, reliable. Plus it reliably charges your phone, unlike the wireless charging docks that quit working when you go over a bump.  Avin Head Unit
