Today, Phius is the leading passive building standard in North America, and the Phius Standard is applicable globally. Mike Kapp is an NCARB Certified Professional Architect licensed in North Carolina and California with 35+ years of experience. His credentials include Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) through CSI, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) through the Green Building Certification Institute, Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA) through the Sustainable Building Advisor Institute and Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) through Phius.
